Dr. Anthony Reilly - Assistant Professor in Computational Chemistry, Dublin City University

Dr. Anthony Reilly is Assistant Professor in Computational Chemistry in the School of Chemical Sciences, Dublin City University. After obtaining his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh, he held research positions at Technische Universität München, the Fritz-Haber Institute of the Max-Planck Society and the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, before joining DCU in 2017.

A key focus of his research is pharmaceutical solid form design and prediction, using a range of computational modelling techniques to predict and understand the stability and properties of specific solid forms and how they might impact development. In 2018 he joined the Science Foundation Ireland funded Synthesis and Solid-State Pharmaceutical Centre as a Funded Investigator.
