Following the success of two highly rated cohorts in 2025, BioPharmaChem Skillnet, in partnership with PDI and University College Cork (ACE), is now accepting expressions of interest for the Inclusive Leadership Programme 2026. 

This Level 8 microcredential is designed to equip leaders with the skills and insight to lead with inclusion, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.

The 12-week programme blends theory, practical application, and personalised coaching to develop reflective and inclusive leaders. Participants engage in six half-day virtual workshops complemented by three one-to-one coaching sessions, enabling tailored development and deep personal insight.

Programme Highlights

Participants explore core themes including self-awareness, leadership identity, emotional intelligence, and inclusive behaviours. The course also addresses interpersonal effectiveness, communication, and strategies for navigating organisational culture to drive inclusive change.

The course structure is divided into three modules:

  • Foundations of Inclusive Leadership
  • Inclusive Leadership in Practice
  • Driving Inclusion and Change

A bespoke coaching pathway underpins the learning experience. Each participant receives three individual coaching sessions focusing on ECR360 feedback and reflection, strategy development through a 7-Point Action Plan, and embedding inclusive leadership practices in the workplace. This combination of structured learning and personalised coaching ensures long-term behavioural impact.

Practical Details

The programme is delivered entirely online over 12 weeks, starting in 2026, with six half-day workshops and three coaching sessions. It is offered at a full price of €3,100, with a subsidised rate of €2,480 applied in 2025; 2026 subsidies may vary. 

Funding through Skillnet is available for employer-paid or self-employed applicants, while public-sector employees and organisations outside the Republic of Ireland may apply directly but are not eligible for the subsidy.
