Irish-owned Chemical Solutions Group (CSG) has acquired Cork-based Celtic Water Care Solutions Limited, a specialist in wastewater and effluent treatment chemicals serving private-sector customers across Ireland. The acquisition adds regional depth and strengthens CSG’s service offering in industrial wastewater management.

Celtic Water Care, supporting more than 200 clients including food and beverage manufacturers, dairy processors, design-build-operate contractors, and pharmaceutical sites, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CSG. The acquisition complements CSG’s recent UK expansion and ongoing multi-million euro investments at its Shannon and Foynes facilities.
