The Women in Pharma Awards 2026, the flagship platform within Ireland’s renowned Pharma Industry Awards programme, has officially opened for entries.
Designed to celebrate the outstanding achievements of women shaping the pharmaceutical sector, the awards highlight excellence in innovation, leadership, research, operations, and organisational impact.
Launched as an extension of the respected Pharma Industry Awards, the programme builds on over a decade of credibility in recognising the organisations, teams, and individuals advancing Ireland’s world-class pharma and life sciences community.
Since 2015, the wider awards portfolio has honoured trailblazers across manufacturing, R&D, quality, sustainability, digital transformation, and industry collaboration.
The Women in Pharma Awards features an extensive suite of categories spanning individual leadership, team performance, organisational culture, and sector-wide impact.
With dedicated honours recognising senior leadership across pharma, life sciences, and contract services, as well as awards for workplace culture and DEI strategy, the programme provides a comprehensive platform for benchmarking achievement across every corner of the industry.
Shortlisted finalists benefit from an elevated profile within the industry, while winners receive extensive media coverage through The Irish Times, the event’s Communications Partner, and take home a trophy that signifies excellence and influence in the pharmaceutical community.
All submissions will be reviewed through a rigorous independent judging process, overseen by senior industry experts, academics, and sector leaders, ensuring credibility, fairness, and strong benchmarking value.
The awards gala will take place on April 29th, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, bringing together hundreds of decision-makers and senior executives for a night of celebration and high-value networking.
Entries are open until January 16th, 2026. Read the entry guide on the official Women in Pharma Awards website and showcase your achievements.
